The vagina is 100% realistic and feels exactly like mine. I went back and forth between the two and yeah. The ridges and the smoother, pillowy texture deeper inside were an exact match as well. The anus is looser than mine and not a match and the mouth was the least realistic, but I'm still a fan of this toy.
