## Legal review required before publication

1. `SECTION 18 – GOVERNING LAW` says only “laws of US.” The United States is not a single contract-law jurisdiction. Counsel should specify the applicable country/state and forum based on the contracting entity and actual operations.
2. A second `GOVERNING LAW` section repeats the same vague clause after Section 20. Counsel should retain one reviewed clause and remove the duplicate.
3. Section 12 contains the wording `US’s regulations`, which should be replaced only after the governing jurisdiction is confirmed.
