Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened products with intact packaging and labels can be requested for return within 30 days of purchase. For defective products, contact us within 90 days of purchase.
- Return receipt and processing can take up to 3–4 weeks. After a refund is issued, banks typically post it within 3–7 business days.
- Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns. Confirmed defective items may be replaced with the same or a similarly priced product.

Product Description
This rechargeable automatic vacuum pump combines three selectable suction strengths, an alternating suction-and-release mode, and adjustable vibration in a transparent chamber. The controls are located on the powered upper housing.

How to use
- Charge, clean and inspect the chamber, insert, seal and controls.
- Apply compatible water-based lubricant to the entrance and contact surface.
- Begin with the weakest suction setting and keep the alternating release control accessible.
- Increase suction or vibration only while comfortable.
- Fully release pressure before removal.
Pressure and safety boundaries

Cleaning and charging
No numeric water rating is documented. Remove and clean the insert only as directed by the supplied manual. Wipe the powered housing separately, keep its controls and magnetic charging contacts dry, and allow all parts to dry completely before reassembly or charging.
