• Free shipping on orders over USD 59.99.
• For in-stock items, weekday orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours; weekend orders are processed the following Monday. Out-of-stock or pre-sale items need at least one additional week.

Returns & Exchanges

• Unopened products with intact packaging and labels can be requested for return within 30 days of purchase. For defective products, contact us within 90 days of purchase.
• Return receipt and processing can take up to 3–4 weeks. After a refund is issued, banks typically post it within 3–7 business days.
• Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns. Confirmed defective items may be replaced with the same or a similarly priced product.
