Returns & Exchanges
- Unopened products with intact packaging and labels can be requested for return within 30 days of purchase. For defective products, contact us within 90 days of purchase.
- Return receipt and processing can take up to 3–4 weeks. After a refund is issued, banks typically post it within 3–7 business days.
- Customers pay return shipping for non-defective returns. Confirmed defective items may be replaced with the same or a similarly priced product.
